So...my hair is really, really damaged from straightening it all the time & I was thinking of using one of those hot oil things that you buy from the store (like the Alberto VO5 ones), but I'm not sure if it'd really work.
Have any of you ever tried it? Or know any other good way to somehow un-damage my hair? PS: Sorry if this topic is supposed to go somewhere else |

i agree with karmakiller, invest in shampoos and conditioners meant to improve heat damaged hair & try to get a deep conditing done. also like someone mentioned before make sure you're using some kind of heat protection product when using a flat iron or blow dryer. it might take a while but if you take care of your hair from here on you'll notice a difference.
