my computer makes these werid siren every day or every 2 days . its been doing these for the last two months . i have to keep clearing the c-mos or whateva to get back up running again . i dont know what causes it . and every were i go they say its over heating so i bought like these 4 cpu fan panel for it and it still not working right . what is the problem?

Turn off the speakers, if it still makes the noise blame the hardware, if it doesn't blame the software.
