I was wondering if the 16 GB iPod Touch and the 32 iPod touch are exactly the same minus the capacity difference?

 is using safari on the ipod touch free? because last night i went to the youtube page (not the application) and it said something like youtube is a data intensive application and we recommend that you upgrade to an unlimited data plan with your mobile service provider to avoid additional charges  so that kind of threw me off because i always thought safari was free  so much for "a quick question"
