Sometimes I'm just far too nice for my own good. I think I'm over it. I'm sick of playing devil's advocate for people. Most people don't appreciate it anyway and more often than not, it ends up biting me in the ass. Have you ever tried anything in vein, for the "right" reason only to find out that the best thing for them is to be a complete ass like you wanted to be in the first place? A guess a nicer way to put it is, "tough love." Have you tried to go about something in a nice way only to find that if you had a more assertive approach, the person would have been better off? |

Ugh, yes.
This past year my friend has been being a bit a of a dick about school and stuff, basically not doing any assignments, not turning up to exams, etc, and then whining about how he was all f**ked up and stuff... basicallygot sick of trying to be nice about it. Waste of time. |
