I was responding to this thread, and I thought about it.
It's been a rather complicated time lately. Nothing catastrophic, but there seems to be an overall tone of disappointment, some sadness, definitely stress, I guess the list could go on. I'm not a self pitying type, at all. If anything, I'm more of a fighter. I'm getting the motivation to do the things I need to do today, but I know that right now, it's because I have to, not because I want to. Does anyone else just go through periods of time when it just feels better to not do anything at all? Like you're just too mentally and emotionally exhausted to do anything but sit and either stare at the walls, the computer screen or a tv screen? When every little thing feels like this huge, monumental effort? |

![]() but yes, i know what you're talking about. it usually starts with not doing little things like cleaning up a bit, then moves on to delaying chores, then it gets in the way of designing and such. then it just takes over everything. |
