It may be a stupid question or not.. but have you guys read the user guide to your program (Photoshop, PSP.. etc.) or do you rely on tutorials?
BTW.. I use PSP 9. |

Nope, I don't even read the little books with games.
There are always tutorials that you can find or go to that are a lot easier and quicker to read. |
