Understandable. I guess I just see it as a case of "singling out". I mean, I venture around CB, and see the majority of posts are designed exclusively to stroke the ego of the poster (I'm sure you know which ones I mean, I don't need to point them out), or to personally insult another poster, or to make a lame joke at another's expense... Well, the list goes on and on, yet I don't see warnings being handed out to those users. Not that I think we need more warnings, I just mean that it doesn't seem...I dunno, right to be so selective.

Again, I hesitate to give my $0.02 because I don't want to undermine any staff members' modding, but I thought this point was relevant enough to be posted.

Not at all! You have nothing but the best of intentions, and I never doubt that. I don't feel undermined in any way, and I welcome people to question something if they feel like I've done something that needs an explanation.

As for what happened with Kryo, his punishment was extremely mild and won't last long - business as usual. What he kept posting around the forums was amusing at first but if you read through his posts you'll see that he took it a bit far and that's the only reason I chose to do anything about it. Also if you'll notice, the first time I just gave him a kind request to stop rather than outright warning him, simply because I didn't feel like it was a big enough deal to actually punish him for it, as long as he'd just stop doing it. It became a bigger deal when he continued to do it after I asked him to stop. I have a feeling that Kryo understands where I'm coming from, at least I'm hoping he does. If not, I would also hope he understands that he is always encouraged to talk to me personally about it.

Also, the flood control shouldn't be that long for anyone.
