I'm having a hell of a time doing this. I use WMA (whatever version is the most recent) and changed my settings (no overlay) and it still isn't working.

I remember using a different software (player maybe?) to do this but I'm having a hell of time finding something like it. I know I can google it, I've done that already. I just didn't know if any of you have had good experiences with any screen grabbing software and/or have any recommendations.

I absolutely LOVE GomPlayer. Apart from being able to take screencaps just with the shortcut Ctrl+E, you can do a number of things just with the keyboard (adjust brightness/contrast, timing of subtitles, audio syncing, etc). And it's really lightweight and easy to use.
