Ok so i came across someone picture and i noticed they had these orb/dot thinks on their picture.
Ive been wondering if anyone knows how to get these? Or make them or w/e Any ideas would be great. I really like the orbs XD also i use photoshop and this is the picture  also if this is anyone. My bad. Im curious to know how you did it |

Textures are the best way to go. Here is a great place for textures: http://community.livejournal.com/icon_textures/ I know it says 'Icon' textures, but they have all kind sof them. You just have to look :] |
