Ok so i came across someone picture and i noticed they had these orb/dot thinks on their picture.
Ive been wondering if anyone knows how to get these? Or make them or w/e Any ideas would be great. I really like the orbs XD also i use photoshop and this is the picture  also if this is anyone. My bad. Im curious to know how you did it |

Yeah i tried doing something with that tutorial but i could never really get it to click.
I can try for textures on DA too. They have nice ones : D its always still nice for suggestion. Keeps me busy and lets me try out new things |
