Ok so i came across someone picture and i noticed they had these orb/dot thinks on their picture.
Ive been wondering if anyone knows how to get these? Or make them or w/e Any ideas would be great. I really like the orbs XD also i use photoshop and this is the picture  also if this is anyone. My bad. Im curious to know how you did it |

well there is this tutorial but i'm not sure if that's the effect you're really looking for.

Instead of using a blurry/fuzzy brush, use a completely solid brush on a new layer over your image and brush some multicolored [solid] dots, then set the layer to either lighten or screen. It takes some practice, though. I have personally never been able to get it right; it always ends up looking strange. You could also use light textures on screen or lighten, although you'd probably find more of those in icon sizes. |
