Does anyone know how to fit an entire profile into a single scrolling box? Like im talking a background then just one 400x400 or whatever scrollig box right in the top center.

this is a little bit of a complicated subject. in HTML, tables (what myspace is built on) are set to automatically stretch when they go past a specific height. only divs will scroll.

there's a way to "transform" the myspace tables into divs so that it WILL scroll, but only firefox will recognize it. all other browsers that aren't based on the gecko platform won't.

in a nutshell this will shrink the profile A LOT...
CODE
<style>
body { text-align:center; }
.clearfix table { display:table; height:auto; width:auto; }
table { display:block; width:400px;
overflow-x:hidden; overflow-y:auto; padding:0; border-collapse:collapse;
margin:0 auto; text-align:left; }
embed, object { width:140px; }
table table embed, table table object { height:20px; }
table table table embed, table table table object { height:auto; }
table img { display:none; }
table table img { display:inline; }
table table { display:table; height:auto; }
.interestsAndDetails td, .userProfileNetworking td,
.userProfileCompany td { width:auto; }
table table table, table table table td { width:auto; }
a img { width:60px; }
.interestsAndDetails img, .blurbs img { width:60px; }
.friendSpace a img, .friendsComments a img,
.friendsComments img { width:40px; }
.profileInfo, .contactTable, .interestsAndDetails, .userProfileDetail,
.userProfileSchool, .userProfileNetworking, .userProfileCompany {
width:140px; }
.interestsAndDetails table, .userProfileNetworking table,
.userProfileCompany table { width:140px; }
.latestBlogEntry { width:200px; }
.columnsWidening { width:100%; }
.nametext, .whitetext12, .lightbluetext8, .blacktext12, .btext, .orangetext15,
.redtext, .redbtext, .friendlink, .blacktext10, .text, td, div, p, font,
span, a:link, a:visited, a:hover, a:active { font:8px arial; }
.latestBlogEntry .btext { display:block; }
</style>

by default, it won't scroll in firefox. if you want it to scroll, add in "height:400px;" to the fourth line between the brackets. unfortunately, when you do this, you'll get a huge blank space (400 pixels high) at the bottom of your profile. it's unavoidable, which is why i didn't put it in the code.
