hm anyone have any suggestions for foot lotion? my feet are pretty fucked up from wearing flip flops 365 days of the year so I'm just looking for something that will moisture really well.

Yeah my heels get dry and thickened sometimes cause of the flip flops, when it got super bad I used some stuff from bath&body but what really helped is I scrub them with a callous removing foot brush/sand paper type thing every day, keeps my feet as good as new :)
