So...my hair is really, really damaged from straightening it all the time & I was thinking of using one of those hot oil things that you buy from the store (like the Alberto VO5 ones), but I'm not sure if it'd really work.
Have any of you ever tried it? Or know any other good way to somehow un-damage my hair? PS: Sorry if this topic is supposed to go somewhere else ![]() |

I straighten my hair a lot also, try and put some heat prtecting products before you use the hair iron. Once a week I use a leave in conditioner and then maybe once or twice a month I go into my hair salon and do deep conditioning. It makes my hair soft but I don't know about oil. Oh yeah, trim your hair ever 3 months.
