Ok i guess theres th this girl i like or have my eye for a couple of months, and we hung out well actually she bought me dinner for a favor i did for her in the past. And that night went really good. But we havnt really had other chances to hang out.

She also has a winggirl or friend thats mutual to us and i always invite her too places with the girl because it eases the tension.

Im just wondering what else can i do.

1.im not going to confess i like her...
2.Her friend is out of the city at college
3.She doesnt drive or nothing/no aim myspace facebook.

i could prolly figure this out myself but MAYBE someone has a miracle idea.talking on the phone is a option but pointless dont ya think.

Do you think she likes you? If so just start hanging out more often. Talk on the phone if you want, or at least get her number and start calling her to see if she wants to hang out, etc. Ask if she wants to go see the latest and greatest movie, or if she wants to go to a theme park. If she interprets it as you being a friend, you'll know. If she says yes and decides she likes you, you'll know. Just start being around her more often. Also, take her out and don't let her pay. Just be like, "This one's on me" and wink.
