How do you know..., your over weight...aka FAT?

I've thought I was fat ever since I was 10. I have had eating problems since I was 15. It caused me to get very sick. I eat everyday now...probly not as much as i should. I weigh 140lbs and think I'm fat. My bf, my familly, my friends, and even the people i work with call me crazy. I'm only 5'3 and I think I should only weigh 110lbs. I grew up with my brother calling me fat and a bestfriend that got every guy over me. I now realize it was because she was a whore, but thats a whole nother story. My measurements are 34, 27, 38. I have a flat stomach but I have a big butt. lol My bf says i should show it off. I think its discusting. I want to be able to fit into a size 2 or 3 pair of jeans...rather then a 7. I dono...am I crazy? or do I need to lose weight?

Trust me, I'm 5'3 and weigh 135 (so pretty close to your weight) and I wear a size 8-10 but I'm healthy. A size 7 is a normal size, there aren't many people who can fit into a size 2, the only person I know that fits into a 2 is a friend of mine, but she's very petite (I think she's like around 4'10?). I eat the foods I'm supposed to eat (with an ice cream or two snuck in every once in a while) and get plenty of physical activity in everyday. Your brother is a *beep* for calling you fat and even if he was joking around it's not nice to say something like that and your measurements seem pretty reasonable to me. At least you have a big butt and a flat stomach. XD If only I could just get the fat in my stomach to travel down more...or maybe up since i have a pretty nice butt myself. XD

If you want to lose some weight just go to a gym, go for a walk, run, jog, follow the natioinal food guide, do whatever. Just don't go on a stupid crash diet or starve yourself or something. In the end, being healthy is the way to go~
