okay's I'm 16 and i have all 4 of my wisdom teeth's in. I'm planning to get them remove even though its not bothering me. I believe I'm removing my 2 of right side first then probably the left side next week. i have an appointment for my wisdom teeth's this Monday, and my braces this Wednesday then my senior picture this Friday. I'm just wondering how does it take long to recover and if one day will do it cause i don't want to cancel my other appointment and also i don't want to look all swell up for my senior picture this up coming Friday . Should i hold off removing my wisdom teeth till later or now ?

Why are you getting your wisdom teeth removed if they're not a problem? I'm 22, and I haven't had mine removed, and I've suffered no ill effects to date. They hurt like the dickens as they come in, but aside from that 1-2 weeks, there're no problems.
Getting your wisdom teeth removed when they're not a problem is just a sneaky way for your orthodontic surgeon to pay for his kid's college.

I had to get mine removed, they were growing in kinda horizontal and they would have f**ked up my teeth. Not to mention they were giving me horrible headaches. |
