I'm a newbie at Paint Shop Pro 9 image editing, and just tried to make an image of a guitar emerging from the water. But I don't think it looks realistic. So I would like some advice on how to make it look like a real picture, and also, how to make it look like the guitar is emerging, and not going down. I thought maybe adding some drops of water, which I don't know how to create...

i think it looks good... but i have to agree that it looks a little to unreal. maybe if the guitar were a bit small? or if you can't/don't want to change the size then maybe adding a splash effect of some sort. but for a "newbie" i think you're off to a good start.
