okay so i have purchased a domain but its taking forvever to send me my info, so I know people who are impatient are a hassle, but how long did it take for you to get your login info, couple minutes? hours? days?

1and1 is known for their shitty customer service and lots of downtime. They're incredibly cheap, which is why I like to buy my domain names with them, but I always switch hosting to another reliable host.
And before Thomas kills me - I offer domain hosting through my Dreamhost account (dreamhost gets pretty good reviews). If you go to my site [exklamity, not heartquasm], then navigate to the domain hosting, you can get the specifics. I consider myself pretty cheap, so... yep. |
