how to cut images perfectly, a easier way to cut out images on ps Options

if anyone knows how to cut pics easier
so when i cut and paster it could have
smooth edges and not like a 3 yr old
cut it out .
please help really needs it !!

^ Lasso tool is pretty good, because you can choose exactly where you want the line to go. You just have to have steady hands. I'd say it's the second best option apart from the Pen tool, but that's not simple.

You can use the regular "free" lasso or the polygonal lasso. The regular lasso tool will be harder to work with because you have to make the selection all in one go, but if you're good, it will be smoother. The polygonal lasso makes points instead, so you should put down a point pretty frequently, and in the end, when you're done selecting, do Select --> Modify --> Smooth, and choose from 2-10 pixels, depending on the size of the image.
