I've been looking for a long time. maybe i just don't know what to search for. but look at chris brown in this pic
i am looking for a tutorial or trying to get help on how they made his face kind of shine or glow or whatever you call it. help me plz.

if you have corel paint shop pro photo x2 (what i have) go to
adjust-->softness and keep softening untill you are satisfied. and if it is too soft, you can always go to adjust-->sharpen and it will make the soft focus smaller and make the features more defined. :] |
