Ugh, my mom and I joke around about me getting a bf later on but I can rarely tell when she's serious. (She jokes about it all the time.) But my dad, on the other hand, never jokes. He automatically takes a disliking to any guy I talk about, boyfriend or not. Eesh, I'm surprised he still lets me go to public school.
![]() I'm about to go into 8th grade (only a year till high school, aaah!) and I don't wanna be the freak who has no life what so ever. They always have a reason I can't hang out with my girl friends, they won't let me hang out with guys. Period. And when I wanna take a bike ride/walk they're all 'who are you gonna meet?' God. It's annoying as hell. Do/did your parents act like this? |

Psh, they know. They read my emails and I wouldn't be surprised if they read this thing right now. Stupid internet tracker thing. He can hack into any technology I have. He used to be part of a band of web hijackers or something when he was younger. Stupid smart dad. My mom's just nosy, going through my notes and stuff.
Ahaha, I forgot to mention, I've had 'boyfriends' before, but it's not like we went out places or anything. I'm really picky about my guys. I like a lot 'emo guys' as friends, but I haven't really dated any. My dad gives off the 'emo guys are stupid and gay' vibe. I tend to avoid talking to him about my friends because 1) I have a lot of bisexual friends, 2) most of them are guys, 3) they dress 'emo' and my parents don't get to know them before judging them. D: It's so annoying! My dad used to tell me how much he hates my clothes (my usual was baggy jeans, ripped at the heels because they were too long), and I'm like... well would you rather me wear miniskirts and show off my crotch? Eesh, seriously. My mom tries to change me into her, because she never got the chance to do this and that... My dad just wants me to be successful. I make straight A's (except for PE cause I hate the uniform and refuse to wear it), I am straight, no matter how many bi/gay/lesbian friends I have, and I will be a virgin when I get married. . . Wow, long rant. Sorry, I had a bad day. :( |
