does the Recycle Bin actually Recycle? or does it just delete the files, then you just make any new one? considering files dont actually exist, and the computer can make as many as it can store on its memory...
what do you think? BTW i wasint suer where this went, this seamed like the best spot... |

so it doesint actually recycle then, its like getting rid of something in your fridge...
and yeah i know it cant be deleted permanently... |
