Trust me I've done this before.

Start going to class in skirts, and do the classic drop your pencil and give him a view of your panties. Do this every few days or so for a week or two. Start participating more in class. One day, maybe your birthday or some other special day, ask for help on something. When he helps you out, act very happy and thank him. Then get up and give him a huge hug. Now this is critical. Make sure you're shoving your chest into him, and grinding your hips (or your knees if you're that much shorter) into his crotch. Make sure it doesn't seem intentional, and make sure it just is like an overexuberant hug.

Find some way to stay after school, and give him another "hug," except this time really rub him down. If you can get him to come in his pants, you're almost there.

Find out where he lives, follow him around asking for help and giving him "hugs." If he's not yours by then you might as well rip off his pants and take him by force.
