I don't think you need to be a certain age to use one (although I don't know what exactly you mean by a women's massager), but you shouldn't be doing anything like that if you're only 13. Is your boyfriend the same age as you are? It looks like neither of you knows what you're doing, and that could lead to bad consequences.. Hold off on the sex until you can at least type better in a few years.
