Yesterday I was in IMs with my friend when she told me that when she was little she was knocked out by a nut. I guess she was playing outside with her brother and was under a tree when something (a squirrel, I guess) dropped a nut out of the tree. It hit her in the head as she was running and she hit the ground and was knocked out.
So, have any of you had embarressing injuries? I think one of mine would be when one of my brothers shot me in the knee with a BB gun.

i was talking to my friend on the phone once and i was walking into my room and i hit the light switch. i fell to the floor and i was cussing and i was close to tears. i was black and blue for a week. and now my friend tells everyone "she walks into light switches!"
 oh, and then there was that time that i ran into my bedroom wall at 5:30 in the morning and broke my toe. and then walked around the house for a half hour, not knowing it was bleeding. i had to sit out in gym for a week, and everyone was asking what was wrong. yeah. thats pretty embarrassing. |
