Does anyone know what program was used in creating this? If so how do you make it on top of that?
I got this image off www.myspace.com/anmlhse I asked them what programs they use and they wouldn't share with me.

it looks like vexel really... but its hard to tell
maybe started in illustrator, traced the woman, coloured her added text. maybe started in illustrator, traced the woman, the photoshopped using spray paint and fill bucket. either way, the style isnt difficult to mimic using vexel or vector. |
