cant select inverse :(, photoshop help! |

i'm working with the pen tool in photoshop CS outlining letters
and its not letting me select the inverse! can someone tell me what the problem is and how to fix it? all help is appreciated :) |

The only thing I can suggest is once you're finished outlining, make the path you've made with the pen into a selection (make selection). Then you should be able to select inverse.
