So theres a girl I love and adore and all that fun stuff, and she claims to love and adore me.

Today I overhear one of my "friends" talking about her, saying things like "She said that this weekend she was going to 'Prove her love'" and all that non-fun stuff. He had dated her about 8 months ago, and the day I found out, I actually planned on beating the shit out of him.

So what should I do?

Why not just go to the source and talk to them? Assuming things is never the right thing to do.
