Well, my boyfriend and I decided we wanted to have sex and I've taken all the necessary precautions and whatnot. I've gotten birth control, condoms, but I'm still a little bit nervous! Even though the chances of pregnancy for us using both contraceptions is about .5%; also, we're not worried about STDs because we're both virgins, I'm still just a bit nerve-wracked, even with my boyfriend's support.
Anyone ever felt this way and could help me feel just a little less nervous? |

Spermicide.
And make sure he knows how to actually put on a condom correctly, since hes a virgin and all. Maybe give him a diagram. Anyway, its completely normal to feel nervous your first time. Just be glad about it and you'll be fine. PS: Always worry about STDs. You don't have to have sex to get some of them. Hepatitis and HIV can be from coming in contact with blood. Although rare, you can get herpes from birth. If the mother has herpes it can be spread to the child, because of where the kid comes out. Sorry if that scares you lol. |

Well we've both been tested for it in physicals etc. We also always have this subject on hand so that's why I said I wasn't worried ![]() Thanks guys, I'm not really nervous about the sex part (we've done lots of other things), just nervous about getting pregnant, but it seems okay now :) |
