Question about Layouts |

Don't know if this is in the right place but what are the guidelines as far as people who submit layouts that look almost exactly like a previous layout, with nearly identical coding? If the original creator didn't mention anything about not stealing/jocking/changing layout, is this a matter to be reported? I just saw a layout that looks A LOT like another layout, and I don't know if this should be reported and if so, to whom. Just a question!

you are very right there.
if you look at the scrollbar in each, the colours are the same blue.. so the person has clearly used the same codes and has been silly enough to forget to change the colour of the scrollbar its not too bad, but the same codes have definitely been used. if you're really worried you could always PM one of the members of the CB staff and they would be able to tell you what would happen in one of these situations, because i don't know what happens. |
