Question about Layouts |

Don't know if this is in the right place but what are the guidelines as far as people who submit layouts that look almost exactly like a previous layout, with nearly identical coding? If the original creator didn't mention anything about not stealing/jocking/changing layout, is this a matter to be reported? I just saw a layout that looks A LOT like another layout, and I don't know if this should be reported and if so, to whom. Just a question!

it probably should be looked into, have you got a link to both layouts?
even if someone states the layout should not be jocked, people still do it. and even if its not stated, it shouldn't be jocked anyway because someone has still put work into it. its probably something that should be looked into, but not too seriously...yet! |
