so...
in one episode of tyra, she said that we should sleep in ours bras to prevent our boobs from sagging. but... i was talking with my friend about this & she told me that her mom said not to sleep in your bra because when you sleep you should be comfortable meaning you should wear clothes that are not tight on you. she also told me that sleeping in your bra causes cancer.  so what's the dilio?  right now i'm not sleeping in a bra because of what my friend said. & my aunt has breast cacner so i'm scared...

I've slept in my bra since I started wearing one.
Nearly 7 years ago. I know, not long in the grand scheme of things. For me, it's just more comfortable. Of course, I wear sports bras to bed. |
