Hello everyone! Just discovered this forum when browsing for a suitable place to post my current concern. Bit of an unusual way to introduce myself, but I'm too frantic to go about this in a more typical way right now.
 Okay so I'm going on holiday in a couple of days and I thought I would be in the clear period-wise but now I'm really not so sure and I absolutely can't be on.  Does anyone have any preventative measures they take in extreme circumstances when they really need to delay their period by just a couple of days? I'll try anything that doesn't require going to the doctor! Vague herbal remedies or anything you're convinced works? I've been trying to make myself stressed and starve myself for the last couple of days in desperation because I've heard these can help even if they are slightly on the unhealthy side...Wow this is long. Okay, thank you for any help! :) |
