I used to weight 210 lbs about 5 weeks ago and now I'm already down to 179 lbs. I do eat alot of good food but ever since I added an appetite suppressant, I'm losing it alot faster. Is this amount normal to lose? My friends say it's too much. I do eat well and go walking but my trainer and friends told me to really watch out. I use proshaperx. Has anyone used it.? Has anyone else ever lost 30 lbs that fast from a product? If it's a danger. I don't know about it then. I just like the results and hope I'm not in danger. I went to PureFatBurning.com to read about it and then I bought it at a store. Is it safe like they say. Thanks. ALYSSA

You can safely lose 2-3 lbs. a week without venturing into catabolism, which is when your body burns muscle mass and stores body fat as a survival mechanism in reaction to starvation.
And weight loss pills are garbage, including that one. Let's analyze. The caffeine in them speaks for itself. Many low-cost, healthy foods have adequate caffeine doses, such as dark chocolate and green tea. Other key ingredients, such as HCA, work by suppressing appetite (which supports weak-minded athletes, as far as I'm concerned) and inhibiting lipid synthesis, which should raise a red flag because lipids play important roles in health. The adequate way to lose weight is to burn off excess body fat, not prevent integration of healthy fats. Another problem is with the ingredient Guggulsterones, which increases T3 hormones. The issue with this is that thyroid hormones don't differentiate between fat and proteins; they're both metabolized. You're just wasting nutrients taking this. The ingredient Yohimbe has undergone controversy because of its side-effects, but what you may not know is that it increases alpha receptor sensitivity, which causes extreme reactions to whatever small amounts of insulin you do get. This is completely counter-productive of the entire point of a weight-loss pill. To sum that up: it kills kittens and spits on homeless people. |
