if a girl wants to hang out what are the chances of it being more than for friendship purposes. And do you ever say that to people you dont even like.

Well usually if the girl asks you to hang out one on one then it means she wants to talk to you about a problem she's going through and it'd be ok because you guys are such good friends. But if it's with a group of people then she likes you unless you guys are already good friends.
