if a girl wants to hang out what are the chances of it being more than for friendship purposes. And do you ever say that to people you dont even like.

It all depends on the girl. I guess some of it could depend on what you guys are doing. If she's going to get dressed up and go somewhere special with you, then it probably is more than friends.
