if a girl wants to hang out what are the chances of it being more than for friendship purposes. And do you ever say that to people you dont even like.

It depends...because most females I know don't ask guys out on dates or anything & if they say anything about hanging out it's on a friends basis...It would be ok to ask her to clarify just to be sure...
