Not bad! Some of the larger images tend to get a bit blurry, but maybe that's the quality of the image and not necessarily your fault. I would try to choose images that are very high quality, though, it makes your work a lot easier.
I like the bright colors in a lot of the avatars and the way you have them cropped. Nice job.
