DIV HELP, MADE DIV LAYOUT WHEN ADD TO PAGE |

OK I MADE A DIV OVERLAY LAYOUT AND I COVERED MY WHOLE PAGE AND WHEN I PUT THE LAYOUT ON MY PAGE I GET A BLACK BACKGROUND WITH WHITE DOTS CAN SOME ONE PLEASE PUT MY CODE INTO DIV FORM WHEN I CLICK ON THE THE HTML FORM I SEE IT BUT WHEN I ADD IT TO MY PAGE I DONT HERE IS THE CODE.
