I think this is the right forum to talk about it?

So I'm definitely not a whiz when it comes to knowing coding at all, but I wish I was and hopefully I will learn to pick it up one day. I think I have some creative ideas about designing websites, what they can look like, etc. Something that fascinates me is interior designing. Am I the only person that gets completely fascinated by MTV Cribs? We see some amazing stuff on there I would've never thought of and it makes me think of more ideas.

Well, just one idea I wanted to share I don't know if this kind of technology is out yet or if it's possible to do, but if you guys are able to then by all means use it. And if it does work tell me how it works cuz I wanna use it =) Sorry if this has already been done.

It might have something to do with flash. I want to be able to highlight over an image or words and then a video pops up and streams a vid on the spot. for example.. for one of my really detailed boxes I wanted to make for my myspace was a section of interest that I have. Like I might have a picture of a basketball and when you highlight over the basketball a small vid will pop out and you can see me laying it in, shooting the ball, etc. Then if you click on the vid it will become bigger.

I'm pretty sure it can be done even without flash (though using flash would be way better).

For the highlight, if you add a "onmouseover" to the <img> or <a href> tag, you can probably activate a video or animation somewhere close to the link, then when you "onclick," it would bring up another "box" or "loadarea" where the actual, bigger video would start to play.
