________Why didn't you just do what you wanted to do, instead of obeying your parents. You wouldn't have been stuck here in Davis, and you could've gone to San Diego instead. Also, why didn't you ever give the long distance a try. Not even TRY. You gave up, and look where that's gotten you. You shouldn't have worried so much about what people thought of you that year, because look now. They don't even impact your life. You truly forgot who your real friends were, and were more worried about other people who didn't give a damn about you. You should've never took that Gap job. I mean, I think that was also another reason why you broke up with her, b/c you fell in lust with your co-worker. Shame on you.

Dear Cliff of 04,

Hey dude. Stop playing cs. That girl you're gonna meet in astronomy class will be a good friend and all you gotta do is.. just be there for her. Take advantage of your opportunities. You'll know when not to do something. There's gonna be a time here and there where you're gonna do something and you think about not doing it. Yeah, don't do it. Stop drinking. You're going to go through a lot of pain that no one else you know has been through and understand how it feels besides your family. So be there for them and know that you're not alone even if you do feel alone. Start doing that now. Keep your count down. You know what I mean.

There's so much more I want to tell you, but you need to learn for yourself. It's not about knowing the future as much as experiencing it. Don't waste your time.

As for your travel plans and future.. put a gazillion dollars down on the spurs winning this year, then miami (unforunately you're gonna be upset for whom they lose to), then spurs again. Frickin Spurs..
