Oprah for President, O RLY Options

Since the running of Hillary Clinton, I was wondering if any other woman would make it to the process of running and the posistion of the Oval Office.

I know many supporters of Obama say that Hillary would not make a good president, but like the idea of having a woman as President. So, what would you think of Oprah as a President? Thoughts on any of that process.

You can also elaborate if you do/do not think Oprah would be a good President, who would be?

That's completely different...I could care less about the whole issue &/or who you spend time with...I'm saying your comment about Oprah was a racist statement b/c you just blantanly stated she'd only help blacks & you put it in all caps & made the statement without any fact of what she currently does now...because if you go by everyone she's ever helped, blacks wouldn't even be top the list & that's just being real; I honestly don't even think she'd attain the status she has if she just helped blacks which is why she didn't & doesn't; she appeals to the majority & minority & that makes her a great person...quite frankly I think race shouldn't even be an issue concerning presidency; I know she wouldn't want to run for president; everyone thought she wanted to run for president once she gave the speech about Obama, negative; she's fine just being Oprah & helping who she chooses to help because its her perogative & her money

And where are your facts? I'm just curious here because you mentioned facts. I'm sure she's helped a lot of people, but do you have their demographic information?

The foundation of her status is based upon the many housewives passing their time hugging the Telly. With that said, I like Oprah, even tho I am not a housewife. She's a rarity amongst celebraties because there aren't much negative publicty attached to her name.

That's nice; you're a rarity as well. From what I've seen/hear/watched/read, African Americans are generally the loudest in pointing out the racial gap at any level of government. If you don't believe this for a fact, all you have to do make a search using any kind of reputable source of news you'd prefer. Not just African Americans make this criticism, of course, but they are the most noticeable. Thus it is quite apparent that race DOES matter, whether or not you or anyone thinks should not. Denying that fact with ideals will only put more junk in our crowded and very cluttered closet, which can burst out, forcefully and violenty any day.

As for looking at Oprah or any other woman running for presidency: May the best man win.
