I need some help retrieving information about my wireless phone plan. My parents are in charge, of course. All I know is that we are on a family plan with unlimited texting, with AT&T (cingular).

What I wanted to know was if this plan includes MMS (multimedia messaging) ?
I tried to send an MMS but it failed mellow.gif It said something about a connection failure or something like that. How do I find out if I have multimedia messaging included with my unlimited texting plan?

(Okay fine, my father said that I don't have MMS, but I still have to get to the bottom of this stubborn.gif )

Try to connect to medianet on your phone.

If you can, you have MMS. MMS is just like an email.

Just wanna say: "DAMN YOU AT&T!"
Fortunately for T-Mobile, my texting plan counts SMS and MMS as the same, so if you have unlimited texts, you get unlimited SMS and MMS. Or if you have like 1000 msgs (it's like $9.99/month), it's for 1000 SMS and MMS. But T-Mobile is cheap. =X

And you can always look up what kind of plan you have, if you've gotten the plan recently. Just look at what kind of add-ons your parents put on, and see what the description(s) for them say.
