JUANES!
anyone else exposed to this guy's music via spanish classes? even the chinese radio station that I've been listening to plays his music lol. his popular songs are pretty catchy: me enamora, a dios le pido, gotas de agua dulce. He has a couple of duets with Nelly Furtado, but I found the songs to be somewhat mediocre. so what are some of your favorite foreign artists? |

My guilty pleasure is a German band called Tokio Hotel. =x
I also listen to a lot of French artists, such as Corneille (well, 'kay, french-canadian, but it still applies), Raphael, Garou, Emmanuel Moire, Francoise Hardy, to name a few. Filipino bands, such as Parokya ni Edgar, Sarah Geronimo, Regine Velasquez, Christian Bautista, Rachel Alejandro, etc. Italian singers and artists... Including Antonello Venditti, Subsonica, Dean Martin, Goffredo Mameli, Mario Lanza, Vasco Rossi, etc. Ooh, and not to mention Belanova!<3 There are more, but those are the particulars I can name at the top of my head. And of course, jpop/rock and kpop/rock singers, which would be too long if I listed it. =s |
