so too much beer pong and shotguns is obviously gonna make u get big. lol any ways how to get the beer belly down

I found this, since I don't drink, hopefully other tips will help:
QUOTE 1. Set yourself realistic goals. If your waist measures 36" (90cms) at the beginning, aim to have it at 35" at the end of the first month, 33" on the second and 30" at the end. That way, you will be able to get rid of beer belly fast. Don't set unrealistic goals which you cannot ever attain. 2. Drink one glass of lukewarm water each day into which you've squeezed the juice of half a lemon. This will help kick start your metabolism, and cleanse your liver; it's therefore your best friend in fat burning. 3. Take temptation out of your life: for three months you won't be eating: Say no to sugar, white foods, and refined carbohydrates, caffeinated drinks like cola and coffee, and alcohol. 4. To get rid of belly fat say YES to a hearty meals, including breakfast. It can be mainly protein - scrambled eggs, protein drink. Or invest in unsweetened muesli. If you live in Melbourne, ask about Fruitful handmade muesli, made with 40% nuts for added protein. Eat five small meals a day. 5. Also be sure to drink at least eight glasses of water each day. Most people don't succeed in getting rid of beer belly fast simply because they don't get to drink enough water. 6. Are you doing exercises and workouts? No, you don't have to hit the gym, but try to do twenty-thirty sit ups daily before you hit the bed. You will get amazing results after a week. But you mist do this every single night.
