you know when u apply for a job and you have to fill out the papers that says they have the right to drug and ALCHOHOL test u?
like hold on a second they can detect alchohol in my urin or something? like they would know if i had drank a week ago or a couple days ago? i dont think that exists. i mean i know what breathalizers are for. but thats if your drunk at the moment. so tell me. does this alchohol "test" exist? |

they mean the have the right at any time to test if you are drunk or high. When they say test for alc they mean if your drunk at that moment. There is no way reasonable way to tell if you drank last week, months, etc
