hello everyone, I'm frustrated and confused! I'm trying really hard to code my own web page, with at least 5 pages. But I'm getting nowhere fast. I've have the index.html page in all frames, but thats kinda hard with what I'm trying to achieve.
I want to do something like this. [http://www.createblog.com/layouts/code.php?id=27501} With boxes ( I don't know what you call them) But I don't want to spend all day doing it, it's due on monday  help!

Could I do the same using note pad? I don't have dreamweaver, cost too much
