Do you ever ask for changes to be made to the dishes on the menu? Like, I'm a vegetarian, so if there is like, a really good pasta dish or something, but it has chicken in it, I'll ask for it without, for example, or occasionally change an accompaniment...
It's such a hypocritical thing of mine, as well, because it used to bug the hell out of me when people did it to me at work, because I'd have to go into the kitchen and tell the chef about it, and then there would be sulking, swearing, etc. if it was a busy night. |

Haha, yeah I tend to do that almost everytime I order something. Since most of the things on the menus are inedible to me since I'm a pescet, I will ask for shrimp instead of pork or shrimp instead of chicken.
 My mom likes to ask her order to be taken back if its not crispy enough, though. Its pretty embarassing.
