I Am 14 Years Old 5'8 And Weigh 46 Kg. I Try To Gain Weight. I'm Pretty Lazy. I Don't Do Any Sports. I've Tried Eating Junk-Food, But That Didn't Help. I've Tried Eating Healthy, That Didn't Help Either. I've Tried Exercising, But That Didn't Help. I Want To Gain Weight, Naturally, Without Any Supplements. I'm Tired Of People Saying "Wow, You're So Skinny.", "Omg You're Like A Stick". Please Help Me.

eat lots of meats [proteins] and vegetables and fruits , refrain from unhealthy chips and EXERCISE, its seems ironic but works :] thumbsup.gif
